About Benita Hutt
Benita Hutt taught for 20+ years and then transitioned to real estate. She moved with her husband and two boys from Kentucky to Indiana and again within this community thus she experienced this process personally three times. With her teaching expertise; she can support and guide her clients successfully through the process. Benita has the experience and skill set necessary in working with first time homebuyers, new builds, downsize, professional in and out of state moves, and the situation new clients may currently have.
